JK Public School, Kunjwani believes in providing first-hand experience to its students about what is taught in books. So, Keeping this motive in mind, the Toddlers’ World organised a grand ‘Interactive Role Play’event honouring the skilled workers of our community. The aim of this event was to help toddlers’ to understand the importance of community helpers in our daily life and society at large and also help them to inculcate the dignity of labour. The students were well prepared to display each community helper with sets and their tools.
The Toddlers’ attired themselves as doctors, nurses, policemen, prisoners, postmen, pilot, tailor, carpenter, soldiers, air hostesses and many more that we see in our surrounding. Each child displayed his refined oratory skills and extreme confidence which was applauded by one and all.
The parents were also invited and they witnessed the show with prudence and were overwhelmed to see the energetic participation of their wards. The staff and the students of the school also visited the Toddlers’ World to boost the morale of the budding community helpers.
On the whole it turned out to be a novel learning experience for students.
